Refund Policy

Sometimes outfits arrive damaged. If this is the case, please email us with a photo of the outfit in question and can facilitate a return. Our returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Mistakes do happen, but we reserve the right to make the final determination if an outfit is eligible for a return. If eligible we will issue your refund in full after receiving and assessing the returned item. We accept claims within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for non-damaged items except for extenuating circumstances. 

We do not refund for items lost in the mail; however, we will refund the shipping cost. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within the allotted shipping time. 

    We do not offer exchanges for outfits currently.
