Refund policy

All doll outfits and accessories (keychains, stuffies etc.) are non-refundable due to the custom nature and incurred loss of value once shipped.

T-shirts and embroidered apparel are custom and therefore non-refundable. In any case where sizing is incorrect, or there is a noticeable fault in an item, the buyer may exchange the item for one of equal value. 

All other orders are non-refundable due to the custom nature of order.
